This vibrant original watercolor painting showcases two brilliantly colored skippers. Yanguna cometes cometides known as the Comet Skipper, and Myscelus assaricus mapirica known as the  Fiery Myscelus.They are small, fast-flying butterflies known for their swift, darting flight. These tropical skippers display rich jewel tones of sapphire blue, rusty orange, emerald green, and crisp white markings, painted in stunning detail against a soft turquoise wash. They are native to South America, regions celebrated for their incredible butterfly biodiversity.
