I can’t resist anything purple and turquoise…can you? The Scarab Beetle is the strongest animal on the planet! It walks backwards, upside down to roll fresh dung balls to feed its larva…Yum! Although this sounds pretty gross the Scarab Beetle was worshipped by the Egyptians because new beetles emerged from the dung ball which for them was the birth from the sun….. go figure….. Purple, turquoise, iridescence… who could ask for more?
